Beautiful card, lovely quality

Just perfect for my Granddaughters

I ordered a birthday card for my Grandaughter on 17th June with a delivery date of 24th June, it's now 27th and still no card. No tracking details updated. Emailed on 25th to say I hadn't received it, was told to let them know if still not received on 26th. I have asked for a full refund, as had to buy a card.

Sorry but not impressed and question if this company is actually based in the UK

Thank you for your review.

We would like to clarify that we are a UK-based small business and your order was dispatched from the UK.

You contacted us on 25th June to say the card had not arrived, and we responded advising you to let us know if it had still not arrived on 26th June so we could look into this and resolve it appropriately. A resolution route had therefore already been provided.

Once an order is posted, delivery is handled by Royal Mail/postal. We do not hand-deliver cards ourselves. For urgent or date-specific orders, a tracked delivery option is available at checkout and should be selected where delivery is required by a particular date. Standard post is not a guaranteed delivery service.

We are disappointed that a 1-star review has been left before allowing us the opportunity to complete the resolution process directly, particularly where the order was dispatched from our side and the delay appears to be within the postal network.
